One Brutal Roast Could Save Your Next Launch šŸ”„šŸ„“

Still using weak hooks? No wonder no one's clicking on your stuff. Here's how to fix that TODAY.

Founder’s Note

Welcome to Edition #002 of Pollinaite! This week, I've started to build out our AI-driven org chart…

I’ve spent a lot of time thinking about how we scale to a $2M consultancy this year, with a very small team - and a whole bunch of AI agents! I’m going to show you a sneak peak below in case you’re curious šŸ˜‰

I'm also sharing a useful method to organise your inbox automatically, and I'll tell you about Manus AI, a new tool I tried that gave our website a thorough SEO checkup.

Hope you enjoy this week’s issue!

This ONE AI tool saved me 10 hours this week - and it’s just an org chart!

Here’s a sneak peak of what I’m building out…

A couple of weeks back, I started thinking about automating further roles in my team, and considered what hiring looks like in an ā€œAI Agentā€ world. Turns out, I wasn’t the only one thinking about this future and I found a dude on TikTok who was sharing his AI org chart to help speed up the process myself!

Spent some serious time over the weekend thinking about how we’d structure a team at $2M revenue, with a lean headcount…but with lots of agents who do a lot of the heavy lifting! Here's how I used the template to better organise our company structure with automation and AI:

  • Clearly defined teams and roles: admin, HR, customer support, marketing, sales, client delivery.

  • Automation tools: I currently use Zapier, Make.com, N8N, Relevance AI, Gumloop and Lindy.ai to build out custom solutions for clients. These are platforms that allow you to build a raft of different AI agents for various use cases.

  • I mapped out that I’d like to talk to AI heads of my departments through text, email and a phone call!

Yesterday, I built the first agent in this org chart: Admin Agent! Let’s call her ā€œIvyā€.

Ivy can take a text, voice note or photo from me in Telegram (which I’ll change over to WhatsApp eventually…), identify if I want to:

  1. Create a task for myself or my team

  2. Send or draft an email to somebody

  3. Update my CRM

  4. Book a calendar appointment or send a meeting invite

Why on earth would I want to continue paying a VA to do the above 🤪 Seems dumb, right? When Ivy can do it 24/7/365 and respond to me in less than a minute at a cost of 0.02c an API call - nuts!

Next step, is to build in the marketing and sales agents which I’m currently working on!

Just the Admin Agent above would save my team 10+ hours a week.

Results: Less confusion (with roles), quicker actions, and better organisation across my organisation!

Unsure of what AI tools to use in your biz for the next stage of growth? Shoot me an email and we can map it out in a consult.

Struggling to scale with your current team? Let Manus AI do the heavy lifting.

Manus AI - the Chinese AI Agent that works out of the box.

If you feel like you’re a ChatGPT Certified Expert now, I beg you to start playing around with other tools, like Manus AI. Imagine having an AI assistant that can handle complex tasks on its own, such as designing your entire website or analysing stocks. Manus AI works by breaking down tasks into manageable parts and completing them efficiently without needing constant supervision!

If you feel up for giving Manus a go (and don’t want to pay $200 USD for ChatGPT Pro), you can access Manus here.

Your hook sucks. Let me prove it. 🧨

I’m building out hundreds of custom GPTs for clients at the moment to get access to in our Marketing Hub portal. Things such as: LinkedIn Profile Generators, Google My Business bots, SEO tools and script generating bots…all trained on the latest frameworks and data that’s working!

One of the GPTs we’ve built recently and tested was a ā€œHook Generatorā€ - where you can ask for a hook on a topic, or paste in your hook you want to use for a headline, Reel or email and get it roasted. This GPT will score your hook on dozens of frameworks and rate it against a few things such as curiosity or attention-grabbing.

Seriously - it’s GOOD! (Even if I do say so myself…)

In fact, I was going to title this section of the email: Roast Your Hooks 🧨

This is the feedback I got with my own GPT:

And turns your boring Reel hook into something more engaging.

You can try it out below.

By the way, if you’re interested in getting access to the dozens of GPTs we have inside of Marketing Hub, or want to chat about how we can consult your business on operations and systems - just shoot me an email back!
